    This is the stream and pond across the way that runs from there into our pond. It is not only Beautiful with Humming Birds feeding inside the walls and Wild Flowers growing all around  but
 More importantly he built a Wooden bridge across the span and moved all the rocks for a wall around  the pond and stream himself .

Carnivale in Venice

 This is from a series I did of Venice during Mardi Gras or in Italian " "Carnivale ", and these works belong to my niece .
 Sadly I never took pictures, so they were taken under glass  with some distortion . The true Color is not there . Still I am glad to have a copy of it
                              

SPLASH Peoni and Co.

         Another Splash painting ,beginning wet in wet and then finding some hints of leaves and flowers to enhance ,with what ever the Initial colors       were  that you put down originally .Nice, when it turns out somewhat interesting and when the composition seems to work out right.
      Since most is out of your head all LOT go into the basket, but it is worth doing to expand the brain and get solely into your head and hand.

Hydrangeas

       I enjoyed  painting this as I liked the variations on color  emanating from each side . Sorry not to have a larger version of this .

Apple Blossoms

 My SIL liked this painting  a, about the only one I did last year while Lou was in the Hospital . I did not throw it out as I saw some good things happening  , I am glad I didn't now.

Queen Anne's lace _Wild Carrot

 I have long been an admirer of this weed , even as a child . Since the adults said it was Awful and made them sneeze  I abandoned it until I began to paint and saw the delicate beauty of it in a different light .
   Yes .I even liked Goldenrod ,but found that it did make me sneeze .
  Once while teaching at a school next to the beach in West Haven .Ct. I sneezed 25 times ,while up at the board.
  The children roared with laughter but I could not speak thereafter I was so hoarse, until I got home. A bad day !
    I still love wild flowers .allergy or not.
